Ingredients Of Pig Barbecue

1/2 cup of barbecue sauce Hunt’s® Original Barbecue Sauce
3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce The Choy® Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Original PAM® anti-stick spray
3/4 pound pork tenderloin cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces
2 cups baby carrots (2 cups = about 9 ounces)
4 ounces fresh pea pods (4 ounces = 1-1 / 2 cups)

Steps to Follow to Prepare Your Pork Barbecue

  • Step One

    In a small bowl, mix the following: barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce and crushed red pepper. Separate
  • Step Two

    Spray a large nonstick skillet or a wok with non-stick spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add the pork. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until well cooked. Stir occasionally.
  • Step Three

    Add the barbecue sauce mix and carrots. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pods of peas. Cook for 2 minutes or until the pods are bright green and the mixture is hot. Stir occasionally.

Tips

  • If desired, serve with cooked, hot brown rice.
